Cybercrime Magazine Debuts First YouTube Short, More Coming Soon

The award-winning Cybercrime Magazine YouTube Channel launched its inaugural Short last month, garnering over 720,000 views in a short span.

In under two minutes, host Taylor Fox narrates an intriguing story:

In the 1980s, Leslie Lynn Doucette, along with her network of teen hackers, managed to steal over $1.6 million without ever stepping foot in a bank. Online, she operated under the alias 'Kyrie' and eventually earned the enduring title of The Queen of The Hackers. Although Doucette's current whereabouts remain a mystery, it is undeniable that the internet we navigate today has been influenced, in part, by her exploits.

Our trial run is concluded, and the feedback from our audience is clear: you want more Shorts. We are excited to announce that a lot more content is on the way. Stay tuned!

The Cybercrime Magazine YouTube Channel boasts 1.2 million subscribers and enjoys a global viewership. In 2025, YouTube's CEO presented us with a Gold Creator Award.
